Return/Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return/exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is:

Damaged upon arrival
Has a manufacturing defect
Does not match the product description
Please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you quickly.

Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our customer service team via our official Facebook or Instagram pages.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product.
Our team will respond immediately to assist you with next steps.
Refunds 

Refund

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund, minus 120 egp for the shipping 
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the item is brought back to check its condition.

Exchange

Prefer an exchange?
We’ll send a new product at no extra cost if its our problem, depending on availability. 
If you ordered the wrong size for an example you will just pay the shipping fees

Exceptions

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or product alterations are not eligible for return.
Return shipping is covered by Aram for verified faulty products.
